Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a Part-Time HubSpot Expert to own and optimize their CRM, automation, and nurture workflows. This role is critical to ensuring leads are followed up efficiently, pipelines stay clean, and the sales process runs smoothly without manual bottlenecks.

In this role, you will build high-performing email sequences, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and continuously improve automations that move leads from first inquiry to booked call.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage nurture sequences – Create and optimize email drip campaigns that guide leads through the pipeline from initial inquiry to booked call
  • Organize and maintain CRM hygiene – Ensure contacts, leads, and deals are properly segmented, tagged, and consistently updated so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Own follow-up automation – Set up and manage automated follow-ups triggered by lead behavior, lifecycle stage, and deal status
  • Optimize workflows and automations – Continuously improve sequences, task reminders, and pipeline automations to increase conversion rates and reduce manual work
  • Report on pipeline health – Provide clear visibility into lead flow, response times, and conversion metrics to identify what’s working and what needs improvement

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, and automations
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and sales pipelines
  • Experience building email nurture campaigns that drive bookings or conversions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail (CRM cleanliness is a must)
  • Ability to analyze pipeline data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience supporting sales or growth teams in an agency or B2B environment
  • Familiarity with booking tools, lead scoring, and behavioral triggers in HubSpot
  • Experience optimizing CRMs for high-volume inbound leads
