As a KEY HOURLY you’ll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck. You’ll:
Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts
Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher
Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day
Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it
Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth
