Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, self-starter to join our Maintenance Technician Crew working 20-25 hours a week supporting our apartment community in Burns, OR.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

· On-Call availability

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

· Excellent leadership and organizational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· 2+ years' experience in property maintenance or construction

· Ability to lift at least 50lbs & ability to stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to interact with a wide range if clientele

· Ability to complete various maintenance tasks including but not limited to; unit tuns, painting, grounds maintenance
