About Us
Exowood is a timber flooring specialist in Singapore, supplying and installing premium engineered wood, solid wood, composite decking, and custom timber works for commercial, industrial, and residential projects via B2B channels. We work closely with main contractors, builders, interior designers, and architects. We are seeking a proactive part-time marketing executive to generate quality B2B leads for our sales team.Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to main contractors, renovation companies, interior design firms, architects, and developers.
  • Search for potential projects, tenders, and B2B contacts via online platforms, industry directories, and networking groups.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in a spreadsheet.
  • Submit weekly lead report every Friday by 6:00 PM without fail.
  • Assist with professional outreach via email, WhatsApp, calls and LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Able to speak both English and Chinese (to communicate with diverse clients).
  • Experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation preferred.
  • Confident and professional phone communication skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Able to commit 4 hours/day, 3 weekdays/week.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of the construction/renovation industry is an advantage.

Remuneration

  • Hourly rate + incentives OR commission per qualified lead (negotiable).
  • Performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding lead targets.
  • Flexible working arrangement.

Example KPI

  • 50–80 B2B calls per day.
  • 5–10 qualified leads per week.
