We're a industrial B2B services company. Our audience growth is strong, but we need a marketing-first operator who can turn attention into inbound conversations and who can also provide on-call coverage for our marketing + sales operations when needed.
This is not a full-time role. Ideal for someone who wants flexible, part-time hours and can step in quickly during coverage windows.
What You'll Do (Marketing-First)
Your core focus is improving inbound by making our messaging pain-based, offer-specific, and conversion-focused, not generic capabilities content.
You'll help us:
• Write and publish LinkedIn content that leads with one clear pain scenario per post
• Turn high-level services into specific outcomes, timelines, proof, and de-risking
• Create simple CTAs that drive micro-commitments (one-pager request, quick fit-check, short intro call)
• Build a lightweight funnel from LinkedIn → conversation → next step (simple, repeatable process)
