Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle daily office administration, correspondence and church records


• Support basic finance administration (payments, expense tracking, audit preparation)


• Coordinate facilities, vendors, and logistics for church services and events


• Provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor, include announcements

Requirements:


• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent


• Prior office administration experience preferred


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Good organisational and communication skills.


• Able to work independently


• Comfortable working within the values and mission of the church


• Willingness to work regular half-days on Sundays and occasional evenings or Saturdays
