Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration, correspondence and church records
  • Provide basic financial administration support (payments, expense tracking, audit preparation)
  • Coordinate facilities, vendors, and logistics for services and church events
  • Prepare announcements and provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Prior office administration experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Alignment with Christian values and church mission
  • Willingness to work regular half-days on Sundays and occasional evenings or Saturdays
