Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration, correspondence and church records
- Provide basic financial administration support (payments, expense tracking, audit preparation)
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, and logistics for services and church events
- Prepare announcements and provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior office administration experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Alignment with Christian values and church mission
- Willingness to work regular half-days on Sundays and occasional evenings or Saturdays
