Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties for clients’ management. (EG. Sending letters / gifts / cards / following up on queries and requests.)
  • Administrative duties for organization matters. (EG. Taking minutes / managing campaigns and schedules / Filing / Scanning.)
  • Handling phone calls
  • Data-Entry in preparation of clients’ meetings and organization’s meetings
  • Posting advertisements, Screening candidates and scheduling Interviews.
  • Assisting to manage Social Media Account and content generation such as simple editing.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Social media
  • Able to do simple editing on Capcut
  • Fluent in English
  • Good attitude, Has initiative, Meticulous and a Team player
