Summary:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized part-time Office Coordinator to support daily front office operations.  This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, replying to emails, and completing general computer and administrative tasks.  This is a part-time position, approx. 25 hours per week. 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they enter the building.
  • Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general computer work and basic administrative tasks.
  • Support day-to-day office needs as assigned.
