We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations team. This role focuses on order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Ensure daily accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and records.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, delivery summaries, and HQ reports.
  • Maintain and update sales databases or CRM systems.

Supplementary Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist in sales-related projects or initiatives as assigned.
