Part-Time Procurement Administrator to join our team at Ubi Techpark.

Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with procurement and purchasing activities
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintaining procurement records and documentation
  • General administrative support to the procurement team
  • Any other ad hoc duties
