A real estate investment firm is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to manage acquisitions and due diligence for industrial properties. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and preferably some experience in real estate. Candidates will work directly with the Founder and have opportunities for significant growth as the company expands. Applicants are expected to demonstrate English proficiency and management of multiple deals simultaneously.
