Permanent Part-Time Associates (Retail, Sales & Operations)

We are hiring Permanent Part-Time Associates to support our retail, sales, and operations teams. This role is for individuals seeking stable, fixed-schedule part-time work over the mid to long term (not ad-hoc or short-term gigs).

Hourly Rate: S$12–S$16/hour (depending on track & experience)

Based on your experience and preference, you may be assigned to one of the tracks below:

Track A: Retail Buyback Associate (BBA)

Customer-Facing | High Independence

• Commitment: 2 fixed days/week

• Hours: 11:00am–9:00pm (8.5 paid hours, 1.5h break)

• Responsibilities:

  • Run device diagnostics independently

  • Explain device condition and pricing to customers

  • Handle customers with high service expectations
