Overview

We are building an AI-native business platform that offers free core SaaS modules:

• CRM (leads, contacts, deals)
• ATS (jobs, candidates, pipeline)
• Workforce Management (timesheets, approvals, billing/payroll prep)

We want our product to be simple, fast, and appealing for users to switch from existing SaaS tools. We’re hiring a small group of experienced users to test the platform and provide structured feedback.

Required experience

6+ months hands-on use of at least one tool:

• CRM: HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive / Freshsales
• ATS: Workable / Breezy / JazzHR / Lever / Greenhouse
• WFM: Deputy / Homebase / When I Work / Connecteam / QuickBooks Time

Responsibilities

• Execute structured test workflows (we’ll provide step-by-step test scripts)
• Compare experience against tools you’ve used before
• Identify missing “must-have” features needed for real adoption/migration
• Report bugs, UX friction, unclear flows, and performance issues
• Provide feedback via:
• short written forms
• tagged screenshots
• Loom screen recordings
• 1 weekly check-in call (optional)

Modules & example tasks

CRM testing

• create contacts/companies
• create deals, move stages, log notes
• filter/search, create basic reports

ATS testing

• create job posts, candidate stages, and interview scheduling
• resume review workflows
• candidate notes + feedback loop

WFM testing

• create schedule, manage shifts
• approve timesheets
• detect missing punches/overtime flags
• generate billing/payroll summaries
