Responsibilities: - 

  • Responsible for the sales target of the assigned store.
  • Ability in maintaining the tidiness of the counter. 
  • Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to the guidelines.
  • Maintain good customer services.
  • Handles customer feedback / complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain healthy stock inventory at the store.
  • Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
  • Coordinates, liaises and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
     
Qualifications

Requirements: - 

  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Lively, energetic, dynamic individuals.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
