Part-Time Sales Support

Continental Tool Group Europe is strengthening its European operations and is looking for a part-time Operations & Sales Support Contractor to support our UK and Portugal activities, particularly within an industrial / aerospace tooling environment.
Part-time (½ day)
Portugal (Aveiro) (Hybrid / On-site depending on availability)

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries (Portugal & UK) and route technical/product queries internally
Support the sales order lifecycle:
Prepare quotations
Raise sales orders and invoices
Issue pick notes to warehouses
Communicate with customers on order status
Assist with freight, deliveries & logistics follow-up (UK & PT)
Support customer account creation:
Account setup (UK/PT)
Credit application handling
Confirmation of credit terms and INCOTERMS
Provide general phone and email support
Assist with warehouse coordination (back-orders, stock adjustments, ad-hoc support)
