Part-Time Sales Support

Continental Tool Group Europe is strengthening its European operations and is looking for a
part-time Operations & Sales Support Contractor
to support our UK and Portugal activities, particularly within an
industrial / aerospace tooling environment
.

Part-time (½ day)

Portugal (Aveiro)
(Hybrid / On-site depending on availability)

Contractor Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle
  incoming customer enquiries
  (Portugal & UK) and route technical/product queries internally
• Support the
  sales order lifecycle
  :
• Prepare quotations
• Raise sales orders and invoices
• Issue pick notes to warehouses
• Communicate with customers on order status
• Assist with
  freight, deliveries & logistics follow-up
  (UK & PT)
• Support
  customer account creation
  :
• Account setup (UK/PT)
• Credit application handling
• Confirmation of credit terms and INCOTERMS...
