Position: Survey Administrator – Part Time

Job Description

The primary objective of the Phone /Survey Administrator is executing on surveys conducted over the phone with the aim of maintaining and exceeding company response rate thresholds by:

- Conducting surveys with potential homebuyers and homeowners on the phone for all North American clients

- Capturing responses accurately in our systems

- Communicate trends and exceptions internally

- Participating in monthly meetings

- Making ongoing recommendations for improvements

Required Skills

- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner

- Highly organized and systematic approach

- Comfortable and efficient with computer systems, including MS Excel and Word

- Self-reliant and works well independently

- Team player
