seeking a talented and detail-driven **Video Editor**, a coaching and mentoring organization dedicated to transformational growth and personal development. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for storytelling, high production standards, and experience editing compelling YouTube content.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Video Editing & Production**
- Edit 4 YouTube videos per week (5-15 minutes each) aligned with the brand’s tone and quality standards
- Add transitions, text overlays, effects, audio enhancements, and color grading for a polished, professional result
- Sync audio with visuals and ensure seamless playback across all videos
**Content Optimization**
- Format all videos to meet YouTube’s technical and creative standards
- Include branded intros, outros, CTAs, and audience retention elements
