What You’ll Be Doing Partner Account Management
  • Be the main point of contact for partners across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and client troubleshooting.
  • Manage partner and client requests (contracts, invoicing, upsells/downsells).
  • Build long‑term, trusted relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Streamline partner support and ticketing processes.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across partner operations.
Partner Training & Enablement
  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs to ensure partners are ready to sell, implement, and support Factorial’s solutions.
