The Role
We're recruiting Partner Lettings & Management Agents to operate under the Guild brand in Bristol, particularly in student-heavy areas and HMO stock.
This is a self-employed, commission-only role, ideal for experienced letting agents, property managers and ambitious individuals who want the upside of running their own patch — without the risk, admin or regulatory burden of running an agency.
