The RolePartner Development Lead for the Spanish Market – identify new potential partners, manage the full sales cycle to onboard them into our partners program, build strong relationships with partners aligned with our HR focus (selling, implementing, supporting Factorial), serve as the primary contact for several partners, conduct regular meetings (cold calls, video calls, demos) with partners and clients, collect feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to develop our partnership channel, collaborate daily with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.
