Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Partner Development Manager to join our Digital Business Unit team.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner roadmap in India to drive revenue growth and manage positive business outcomes through Software as a Service (SaaS) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. You will be the primary link between our sales teams and our partner ecosystem, ensuring we maximize mutual value.

You will join a high-energy, collaborative team focused on digital transformation and innovation, working across a matrixed global organization to protect and elevate the power of our customers' work.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan to create an incremental sales pipeline primarily with ISV, Consulting and System Integrator (SI) Partners.
  • Enable Sales Excellence: Collaborate with both Iron Mountain and Partner sales organizations to organize joint sales calls, provide technical and pre-sales enablement, and manage the end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to value creation.
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment: Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity visibility within SFDC while ensuring all partnership activities comply with organizational standards and joint business plans.


What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience, specifically positioning Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions within large, complex accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the India partner ecosystem, including experience working with with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Global/Regional System Integrators (SI) and local/regional Consulting partners.
  • Proven ability in strategic account management, with a track record of influencing decision-makers within Fortune 1000 companies and navigating highly matrixed global organizations.
  • Domain expertise in one or more key sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or the Public Sector, paired with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
