We are hiring a senior Partner & Ecosystem Development Manager to lead partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and growth across the Middle East region. This role sits at the heart of the cloud ecosystem and is responsible for building high-impact, performance-driven partnerships that accelerate market expansion, revenue growth, and customer success.

This is a front-line, commercially driven role, combining ecosystem strategy, partner sales enablement, and operational governance. You will work closely with partners, internal sales teams, and regional leadership to scale a sustainable and high-quality partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Planning & Recruitment

    • Identify priority partner segments within the region and recruit high-quality, high-growth partners aligned to regional strategy.

    • Develop structured partner business plans and expansion roadmaps to drive long-term growth.
