Job Description

  • To be responsible for managing Key Clients – HNIs and Ultra HNIs and provide expert relationship management experience (Domain Expert)
  • In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promotors/ Directors/ CFOs/ Corporate Treasuries Wealth
  • Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which are required to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients
  • Ensure regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintain quality of portfolio by ensuring profitability at each client level
