Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Partner Management Executive to support our partner ecosystem by delivering a smooth, responsive, and high-quality partner experience. This role focuses on daily partner support, onboarding assistance, issue tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure partners receive timely and accurate service.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn partner operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support & Client Experience
Act as a first point of contact for partner-related enquiries via email, ticketing system, or internal portals.
Provide timely first responses and maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
Ensure partners are kept informed on progress and resolution timelines.
