Partner Marketing Manager
Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based, consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.
Launched in 2019, Tuum is headquartered in Tallinn and is backed by investors including BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures, and CommerzVentures.
Were looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help Tuum grow its reach through system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners. Youll work closely with our Head of Global Partnerships and Head of Marketing to design and run joint marketing initiatives that generate leads and raise awareness of Tuum among partner ecosystems.
This is a pivotal, sales-adjacent role where youll take ownership of partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and our presence at major industry events such as Money20/20 and Seamless Dubai. Youll combine strong project management skills with an understanding of how to build relationships and influence through partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners to expand Tuums reach and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Partnerships to create co-marketing programs with key partners, including joint content, webinars, and events.
- Manage Tuums presence at major trade shows and conferences, from planning and logistics to messaging and follow-up campaigns.
- Work with the digital and content teams to create materials and assets that support partner enablement and awareness.
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI for all partner-related activities.
- Build relationships across partner organisations to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain a clear understanding of Tuums value proposition and communicate it effectively to and through partners.
Our expectations
- 47 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to channel, alliance, or partner marketing.
- Experience working with system integrators, consultancies, or technology partners is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution and event management.
- Comfortable balancing creative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
