<div><b>Partner Operations Manager Job Description</b></div> <div><br /> <b>About The Role<br /> Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnership Success the Partner Operations Manager will<br /> oversee operational projects related to Fullstack Academy and Simplilern's university and tech<br /> partnerships. This is a dynamic role that includes project management, operational<br /> implementation, and partner communication. Project management, scheduling, organizing,<br /> record-keeping, reporting, and handling information flow are key elements of this role. As a<br /> Partner Operations Manager, you will have a great opportunity to work with a leading<br /> educational brand, get exposure to the U.S. education market and to top tier U.S. universities</b><br /> and tech companies.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Responsibilities</b></div> <ul> <li><b>- Create and maintain reporting for university and tech partnerships, including KPIs such</b></li> <li><b>as enrollment, revenue share, and student feedback</b></li> <li><b>- Track student data required for partner reporting using software such as spreadsheets,</b></li> <li><b>learning management systems, and a CRM</b></li> <li><b>- Track partnership projects and statuses using internal CRM and project management</b></li> <li><b>tools</b></li> <li><b>- Communicate with university and tech partners and tracking meeting agendas and</b></li> <li><b>action items</b></li> <li><b>- Document processes and procedures with an eye towards long-term scalability</b></li> <li><b>- Interface directly with university and tech partners on requests, meeting scheduling, etc</b></li> <li><b>- Maintain the university graduation certificate production and distribution process</b></li> <li><b>- Work cross functionally with other departments including Marketing, Enrollment, Student</b></li> <li><b>Success, Finance and Admissions to fulfill university and tech partner requests</b></li> <li><b>- Formulate project plans for other partnership needs and own implementation</b></li> <li><b>Qualifications:</b></li> <li><b>- Previous working experience in at least one of the following areas: Relationship</b></li> <li><b>management, product management, business operations, or project management</b></li> <li><b>- Undergraduate degree in business or technical domain is preferred,</b></li> <li><b>- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly</b></li> <li><b>- Good communication and interpersonal skills</b></li> <li><b>- Capable of maintaining strong relationships</b></li> <li><b>- Proven success organizing and driving projects to and beyond stated targets</b></li> <li><b>- The ability to operate and execute independently, while collaborating with internal</b></li> <li><b>teams and leadership to get the support you need to drive success</b></li> <li><b>- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities</b></li> <li><b>- Proactive and deadline driven professional</b></li> <li><b>- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools - proficient in</b></li> <li><b>Excel and Word (Knowledge of Monday.com a plus)</b></li> <li><b>- Attention to details</b></li> <li><b>- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines</b></li> <li><b>- Must be a positive can do person who is adaptable to change</b></li> <li><b>Five key objectives an employee should accomplish to help an employee be successful,</b></li> <li><b>effective and to excel in this current role</b></li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><b>Regards</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Mohit Kumar</b></div> <div><b>Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition</b></div> <div><b>[email protected] / 8792517752</b></div>
