About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager owns the onboarding, integration, support, and retention of Muvr’s business partners. This role ensures partners consistently meet SLA requirements, receive timely support, and view Muvr as a strategic logistics partner rather than just a vendor. The manager serves as the operational bridge between Business Development, Central Ops, Marketplace Ops, and Community Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness.
- Drive partner SLA performance, identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for partner escalations and manage resolution within defined timelines.
