About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Services you will actively contribute to a high-performing People team partnering on employment matters policies and procedures supporting our people in an efficient and timely manner. You will lead on various projects across Industrial relations Governance and Continuous Improvement across Workday Korn Ferry Job Architecture and other critical People process. Specific duties are outlined below

  • Execute all employee lifecycle processes including probation contract variations through to offboarding activities in partnership with team members and People Leaders
  • Lead and support projects across industrial relations governance Workday optimisation Korn Ferry job architecture and other critical People processes
  • Maintain all employee records in Workday with a high level of accuracy ensuring compliance and consistency and generating reports and data metrics as required
