Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution

• Lead full-cycle execution of AWS Programs and Flavours of Season programs and strategic motions in India with strict timelines, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Manage and deliver AWS Seasonal Programs, AWS Seasonal Contest, MAP, EDP, OLA, GenAI POCs, Migration, VMware Motion, and other AWS programs with complete ownership and flawless execution.
• Create and manage opportunities in the AWS Partner Network (APN) for VAD, SPP, and all funded initiatives.
• Drive multiple programs simultaneously under pressure with complete accountability from start to finish.
• Handle critical functions like Partner Connections, setup, funding alignment, documentation, pipeline tracking, and timely delivery.
• Proactively troubleshoot bottlenecks and push execution without delays.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Team Coordination

• Liaise and must work closely with AWS PDMs, AMs, and internal stakeholders (Sales, BDMs, Product Sales Specialists, Finance, Marketing, Delivery) for synchronized program operations.
• Be on regular calls as well as mails and follow-ups with partners, customers, and Crayon teams for daily updates, nudging, and target chasing.
• Develop strong interpersonal connections to influence progress across internal and external organizations.
• Support joint programs like CEI, AWS Funnel, Pipe Cleaning, Prospecting Days, Blitz Days, Partner Connections and ARRC with full clarity and pace.

Training, Enablement & Process Handling

• Conduct internal and external training sessions on APN processes and AWS program compliance.
• Act as the single point of contact for PSS, RSMs, and BDMs for any AWS opportunity-related questions or challenges.
• Continuously guide stakeholders on opportunity creation, nomination submissions, and status movement.
• Enable partners/customers to understand AWS frameworks like MAP Lite, MAP 2.0, EDP funding, OLA readiness, and PoC validations.

Reporting, Dashboards & Governance

• Maintain real-time region-wise dashboards for all running programs with accurate metrics and performance snapshots.
• Share weekly/monthly progress reports with Crayon leadership and AWS teams, with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with finance for PO handling, invoice generation, and SLA-compliant payment cycles.

New Program Readiness & Agility

• Stay alert and ready for new program launches like the Workload Migration Champion Program, VMware Motion, CDN, or any AWS strategic initiative.
• Be fearless and confident in taking ownership of any new AWS program or contest, ensuring quick ramp-up and immediate execution.
• Flexible to operate in high-pressure and changing environments, rapid program cycles, and last-minute execution shifts.

Candidate Profile

• 3 4 years of program management experience, preferably in the Cloud / AWS / Microsoft / Distributor ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of AWS Partner Programs, APN portal workflows, and cloud campaign execution.
• Proven ability to independently run AWS programs like MAP, OLA, EDP, POCs, and Migration initiatives successfully.
• Must be an extrovert personality capable of effortlessly engaging with people across functions and levels.
• Highly confident, dynamic, quick relationship build up, outspoken, marketing-oriented, and able to perform exceptionally in high-pressure, competitive setups.
• Comfortable with regular calls, rigorous follow-ups, and closing gaps with relentless ownership.
• Creative thinker with the ability to find out-of-the-box solutions to remove blockers and accelerate performance.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, AWS ecosystem, and real-time dashboards.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT or related field
• PMP or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (preferred, not mandatory)
