Partner – RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

Role Overview

The Partner – RCM will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth for assigned US Healthcare RCM accounts. This role will act as the single point of accountability for client outcomes, service performance, operational excellence, and profitability. The incumbent will drive AR and cash performance, ensure SLA and compliance adherence, lead multi-layered teams, and support account expansion through strong stakeholder management and strategic execution.

This is a partner-style role requiring strong delivery ownership combined with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1) Account Ownership & Delivery Leadership

• Own complete end-to-end RCM delivery across Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials, Cash Posting, and related functions.
