This role is responsible for the strategic development, planning, and forecasting for all resource deployment activities within the cabin services team across North America. The incumbent will ensure financial, productivity, and KPI targets are met by ensuring operational resiliency, while balancing high productivity and budgetary commitments.

This role will also be responsible for implementing and upholding Standards Operating Procedures that assign cabin tasks to employees based on their qualifications to contribute to operational safety, a satisfying work environment, improved customer service quality and On Time Departure.
