Experienced with 5 years in partner management or business developmentDemonstrating a track record of driving revenue through networking with clients and partnersKnowledgeable in foundational enterprise technologies such as cloud, compute, data & analytics, and AI/MLFamiliar with MicrosoftPossessing strong executive presence and confidence in presenting at all levelsHighly independent with natural networking skills and self-motivated, with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunitiesComfortable with ambiguity, capable of quickly analyzing and executing in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge, and making things happenProficient in German at a professional or near-professional level (spoken and written)AND YOU WANT TO
Build strong, trusted relationships within SoftServe’s strategic partner ecosystem, including cloud hyperscalers and related vendorsIncrease SoftServe’s brand awareness among top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, and moreAccelerate adoption of SoftServe’s portfolio of services in the region through structured partner development plansFoster collaboration internally and externally to drive successEnsure accurate and thorough pipeline reporting by working closely with SoftServe Account Executives and internal and external Partner ManagersDevelop and nurture peer-to-peer alignment between Partner AEs and SoftServe AEs, focusing on account, territory, and vertical sales intensityCoordinate and collaborate with Partner GTM and Partnership Ops teams on field effortsRegularly conduct internal and external cadences around active accounts, opportunities, and other initiativesParticipate in official and unofficial vendor partner summits, trade shows, and other relevant local and regional field partnering eventsAssist in the execution of partner marketing plansEnsure deal registration with partnersTake regional ownership of Partner KPIs, aligning with SoftServe client-facing owners to ensure account-level KPIs are metGenerate revenue for SoftServe through the partner sales channel, collaborating with sales and practice leadership to plan territory and account growth strategies, while continuously validating partner and SoftServe needsDevelop partner engagement activities focused on sales alignment and customer engagementProactively identify and manage potential channel conflicts, developing contingency plans, and escalating issues to SoftServe Executive Leadership when necessaryTravel up to 50% for strategic alliance meetings, field engagement, and other partnering opportunitiesTOGETHER WE WILL
