Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to drive the pipeline development and sales of Thales CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) technology to enterprise clients in Europe. The role requires an individual operating at a tactical level with a keen understanding of the role of digital identities in B2B and B2C relationships for large enterprises and more specifically in BFSI, a proven track record in solution selling and the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal Thales teams and external partners at all levels, operational (individual sales opportunities) as well as strategic (executive). An entrepreneurial spirit is crucial, demanding the individual to build and pave the path for success.
