**Overview**
The Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.
The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) – Data & AI is a senior technical role responsible for enabling Microsoft partners to design, build, and deliver scalable Data, Analytics, and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, across **Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMA).** This role combines deep architectural expertise with strong partner influence. The PSA works across diverse and fast-growing markets, helping partners modernize data platforms, adopt **Microsoft Fabric** , and deliver **AI and Generative AI solutions** that drive measurable customer outcomes and Azure consumption.
