The Role

This IS a high-volume partner success role where you'll manage 150-200+ relationships with brokers and realtors who send us deals every month.

What you'll actually do:

Partner Success & Retention (60% of your time)

• Own a portfolio of partners (mortgage brokers, realtors)
• Build deep relationships through consistent touchpoints (weekly/monthly, not quarterly)
