Job Description

  • Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams
  • Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations
  • Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, with a focus of the technical implementation
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to drive operational improvements between both companies
  • Help maintain knowledge-bases for the Partner Technology Team
  • Help to close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams
  • Discover process inefficiencies and work proactively to streamline them
  • Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver issue resolution for partners
  • Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers
  • Have pre-sales meeting with the partners to explain them our product.
