Job Description
- Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams
- Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations
- Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, with a focus of the technical implementation
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to drive operational improvements between both companies
- Help maintain knowledge-bases for the Partner Technology Team
- Help to close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams
- Discover process inefficiencies and work proactively to streamline them
- Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver issue resolution for partners
- Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers
- Have pre-sales meeting with the partners to explain them our product.
