Job Description

Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Maintenance Services.

The purpose of this EOI is to:

  • Engage with maintenance service providers across various industries to identify interest in partnering with AHV to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance services.
  • Shortlist a number of qualified providers across multiple trades to participate in a select (closed) tender process.
Trade services sought
  • Head Contractor (with Domestic Builder Licence - DBL)
  • Plumbers (incl. gas), sewer/stormwater clearing, unblocking and repairs
  • Electricians
  • Fencing (repairs and new installations)
  • Heating & Cooling Contractors (installation and maintenance)
  • Waste management, including rubbish removal, vacant property clean ups, and septic services
  • Roof repair and replacement (Colorbond and tiles)
  • Landscaping, arborist...
