Location: Bangalore

Northern Arc Capital is looking for a product professional to support our Partnership-Based Lending (Education Loans) vertical.

What you’ll do:

  • Support product strategy and improve digital customer journeys
  • Assist in managing partner relationships for education loan programs
  • Help optimize processes, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance
  • Work closely with business, technology, credit, and operations teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–9 years in banking/NBFC or digital lending
  • Exposure to retail lending, product management, or partner-driven models
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • B.Tech / MBA / CA
