Northern Arc Capital is looking for a product professional to support our Partnership-Based Lending (Education Loans) vertical.
What you’ll do:
- Support product strategy and improve digital customer journeys
- Assist in managing partner relationships for education loan programs
- Help optimize processes, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance
- Work closely with business, technology, credit, and operations teams
What we’re looking for:
- 4–9 years in banking/NBFC or digital lending
- Exposure to retail lending, product management, or partner-driven models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- B. Tech / MBA / CA
