The Opportunity:
Ashurst has recently announced its intention to merge with US firm Perkins Coie. The merger will lead to a significant increase in complexity of the combined firm's partner payment arrangements so the Partner Finances team is restructuring to create this new role to support the implementation and future operation of a new Partner Remuneration Reporting tool.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a partner remuneration data cleansing exercise including reconciliations of all partner profit and capital related balances held in the financial systems to statements issued to partners. Review the global balance sheet, by office, in respect of all partner related balances and reconcile the Ashurst Australia business annual profit clearing to the partner profit balances.
