Job Title: Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager

We’re looking for one driven person who can build, manage, and scale channel partnerships and influencer relationships . This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and growth .

- Identify and onboard channel partners (agencies, platforms, resellers, communities)
- Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and collaborations
- Track performance of partnerships and influencer campaigns
- Manage partner onboarding, communication, and enablement
- Build repeatable processes for partner acquisition and activation
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align growth efforts
- Experience in channel partnerships, influencer marketing, or alliances
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify win-win partnership opportunities
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Have worked with SaaS, B2B, or tech partnerships
- Have an existing network of influencers, creators, or agencies
- Understand affiliate programs and referral models
- Have experience running partnerships on a limited budget
- Can build partnerships from scratch (zero → scale)
- High ownership and visibility in growth initiatives
