Our client in Angola is looking for a Parts Sales and Services Representative to join their team for a job vacancy within the Automotive Sector.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiation to close parts and services business opportunities with customers.

  • Responsible for parts quotations followed up and converted into sales.

  • Work remotely on customer sites.

  • Achieve Targeted Budget and Effective Expenses management.

  • Achieve Operations KPI’s.

  • Conduct, compile accurate customer reports including Machine Inspection Reports (CAT Inspect CTS, Sales Force, Customer Fleet updates) on daily basis.

  • Compile and submit a monthly forecast for Parts & Service opportunities to management.

  • Discuss machine inspection reports regularly with customers.

  • Follow contamination Control Standards.

  • Adhere to Aftersales management processes.

  • Adhere to BWE Safety rules.

  • Adhere to Ethic & Compliance policies.

    • Requirements

  • Qualified mechanic on CAT machines.

  • Qualified diesel / earthmoving equipment mechanic (or equivalent qualification).

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on Earth Moving Equipment.

  • Minimum 3 years’ Equipment Technical / Engineering background.

  • Sound business communication skills (Managerial and technical report writing critical in note).

  • Basic financial management skills.

  • Ability to use SIS and ET Tools.

  • Qualified with Driving License.

  • Must have commercial skills.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
