The Component Centre is preparing for an exciting expansion and is looking for up to 10 motivated Parts Sales Executives to join our team as we establish a new office in Thane, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Procurement Mastery: Manage customer inquiries and sell a diverse range of automotive parts, including:
- Car, van, and truck parts
- Hydraulic pumps and industrial filters
- Tires, body panels, and service kits
- Sourcing Genuine Parts: Efficiently procure genuine parts from our established suppliers when aftermarket options are unavailable.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions. Always maintain respect, patience, and professionalism in every interaction, regardless of the customer's demeanour.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Use your analytical skills to tackle customer challenges and secure sales opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize automotive knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Multi-Tasking Excellence: Work comfortably on a double-screen desktop PC, proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills, including shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V).
What We're Looking For:
1. Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with a talent for clear communication.
2. Automotive Enthusiast: A solid understanding of automotive parts is essential. Experience in the industry is a plus.
3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using desktop PCs, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and able to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
4. Typing Skills: Strong typing proficiency will be evaluated through a test as part of the application process.
5. Maturity and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions with respect and patience, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and courteously.
