Job Description

Highway Mazda is looking for a Parts & Service Manager to oversee daily operations in both our service and parts departments. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable on the service drive, in the parts department, and behind the desk analyzing metrics and managing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
  • Monitor and improve departmental performance through key metrics (efficiency, productivity, gross profit, etc.)
  • Ensure proper parts inventory management and timely special orders
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and technician dispatch
  • Handle warranty submissions, repair order closures, and service billing
  • Implement and maintain manufacturer standards and processes
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
