POSITION TITLE: Parts Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Parts Technician in Hamilton , you will be responsible for efficiently handling parts orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role involves supporting store operations, restocking shelves, operating forklifts, and handling shipments. You will also provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities. Occasional in-town deliveries and other duties assigned by the Parts Lead may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing & Inventory Management

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and process parts orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
