Project Description

• Receive refunds request from BSP - Download request & record details - Work on calculations - Work / update BSP with final calculation - Once accepted provide credit to the pax / staff.
• Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks.
• 
  - IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
• 
  - Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge – Preferable not mandatory
• 
  - Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules, Fares calculations, Fare Audit Experience.
• 
  - Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS
• 
  - GDS knowledge
• 
  - Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Back office Process
• 
  - Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus.
• 
  - Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link.
• Good communication skills - Knowledge of tickets issued with various Form of payments on ticket like CASH/CC - Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications - Need to know the general procedure over refund/ Under refund cases.
  - Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange/part/downgrade.
  - Willing to work in shifts.
