As the Operations Manager, you will:

Contribute to the People Directorate's vision while ensuring that our transport services are responsive and inclusive for students, families, and educational establishments.
Manage Effectively: Oversee a dedicated team, including a Deputy Operations Manager and operational staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and route management.
Enhance Services: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide top-notch transport services, addressing quality concerns and complaints promptly.
