Passive Fire Surveyor – Fire Doors & Fire Stopping
South of England | £40,000 – £50,000
We are working with a well-established passive fire protection contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Surveyor to cover projects across the South of England.
This role will involve surveying both fire doors and fire stopping, across a range of occupied buildings including social housing, residential blocks, and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, carrying out detailed surveys, and producing clear, compliant reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking fire door and fire stopping surveys across multiple sites

Identifying non-compliances and specifying remedial actions

Carrying out both visual and intrusive surveys where required

Recording findings accurately using digital reporting systems
